　　程亚杰油画作品是程亚杰艺术最重要的组成部分，数量众多，题材丰富，技法超群，风格多样，从早期作品至今不断创新变化，经历了多个创作时期。学院派，幻想写实主义、印象派，立体主义、野兽派，现代主义、后现代主义在作品中都有体现，继承了现代艺术的几乎各个流派的精华，在他的创作中既不盲目的继承也不恪守古老规律的束缚，但凡是值得吸收的，他都进行再次的塑造，使其和自己个性融为一体，创造出真正属于程亚杰式的艺术语言，开创了拉斯维加斯画派。

　　程亚杰艺术根植东方，西方现代艺术使其枝繁叶茂，越是民族的，就越有世界性，程亚杰作品中既贯穿了东方审美要素，又融入世界艺术潮流，乃至创造了绘画艺术的“世界语”如蝴蝶—东西方审美都喜欢；数字—东西方生活都通用；扑克——东西方娱乐都在玩；“娃娃”—东西方人们都懂得。

　　程亚杰艺术赋予了音乐性，把世界通行的音乐语言融汇在了绘画作品中，有了旋律和节奏。

　　程亚杰艺术创作的的视角和方式是唯美、寓言、童话、写真。

　　2015年程亚杰油画创作是丰收的，再次游历欧洲，让他有了更多的灵感和素材。

　　瑞士的茵特拉根就像黑海之滨一样是激发程亚杰创作激情的地方，这样的地方还有巴黎、埃兹、尼斯、马赛、维也纳、摩纳哥、威尼斯。。。拉斯维加斯。这些作品风格鲜明，当地自然和人文气息浓厚。

　　2015年创作的风景油画，题材很多，这些作品在印象派和抽象派和拉斯维加斯画派之间演化着程亚杰特有的艺术风格，唯美倾向浓郁，笔法凝重厚实，应用着现代绘画艺术中的各种技法。画面追求意境和氛围，明显的情绪化，色彩和心境对应，引导人们或静谧或明快，让人、景、心、境都是美丽的。

　　这一年的在天津举办的《心灵的交换》画展期间程亚杰创作了一批相关的作品，其中不乏精品。

　　完成了为家乡人民做一点力所能及的事情这个最大的心愿的时候，海河之滨也激发了程亚杰的创作激情。

　　抽象画《吉庆》画面中，两幅大红的对联以及缤纷的炮屑述说着中国人除夕夜点灯放炮的情景，展示着温暖、热烈、祥和。这幅作品在天津美术馆创作，作品尺寸大，耗时长，倾注着艺术家巨大心血。向人们展示出其对画面及色彩超强的把控能力（《吉庆》引自阎兴民语）。

 　　As the most important part of Cheng Yajie’s art, his oil paintings, with a large quantity, rich themes, preeminent techniques and various styles, have been innovated continuously from the early period to now, and have undergone a variety of creative periods. His oil paintings embodied academism, fantasy realism, impressionism, cubism, fauvism, modernism and postmodernism, and inherited the quintessence of nearly all painting schools of modern art. He neither blindly inherited nor scrupulously observed the ancient rules. Instead, he reshaped whatever was worthy of learning and absorbing, and integrated it with his own personality, so as to create the real artistic language of Cheng Yajie’ style and initiate the Las Vegas painting school.

　　Cheng Yajie’s art was deeply rooted in the Orient and flourished with the aid of Western modern art. The more national his works were, the more cosmopolitan they would be. He penetrated both the Oriental aesthetics elements and world art trends into his own works, and even created the “Esperanto” of painting art, such as, butterflies―popular in both Oriental and Western world, numbers―universal in both Oriental and Western daily life, poker―played in both Oriental and Western world, and “baby”―known among both Oriental and Western people.

　　Cheng Yajie endowed his art with musicality, and integrated the universal musical language into his paintings, so as to make them filled with melody and rhythm.

　　Cheng Yajie’s art was created from the perspective of aesthetics in the way of allegory, fairy tale and portrait.

　　Cheng Yajie obtained great achievements in art creation in 2015. The second travel around Europe provided him with more inspiration and creation materials.
